Edit: Anyway the new games like Killzone 3, The Last Guardian, Infamous 2, Resistance 3, Uncharted 3, and Twisted Metal will probably be released with newer firmware on discs. So if you wanna play new games, you have no choice but to update firmware.
It's not entirely piracy, it's also backup. As long as you own the original discs, it's fine. This way I can keep my original discs safe.

Playstation Move Motion Controller $50 if you already have PS Eye.
PlayStation Move Starter Pack Move+Eye around $70
Playstation Move Navigation Controller around $30
So if you already have PS Eye, you only need to pay $50(move)+$30(navigator)=$80
or $70(including PS Eye)+ $30(navigator)=$100
Where the Hell did $180 come from?
