Easy answer. Simply because it sounds awesome! If the specs and rumors are somewhat correct, i will be a very happy man! If it turns out to be garbage, back to my Ipod Touch. Either way, no stress.

When you take one of the biggest exclusive series that has been on a PS system since the beginning and announce that it will be going multiplatform, it is BIG news. The only reason you refuse to admit it yourself is because you are, without a doubt, uneasy with the decision.
Imagine if this game was exclusive to the PS3, would you not be one of the first trying to shove it Xbox owners...
Please god, announce the ZuneHD. This monster is the first handheld to ever catch my attention. Plays original Xbox games and access to LIVE on a 4G network all for the sum of $250! I could only wish!
The ZuneHD, ODST, Forza 3 and Alan Wake are all i really need for the next 6-12 months. Oh wait, almost forgot ME2!

For a western sci-fi RPG, those are good numbers i would think. Considering what games the Japanese usually buy, hopefully they will like Mass Effect and open up to different things. Who knows, maybe the game will actually move some machines. Anyway's, whether they like the game or not, IMO this game goes down as one of the best RPG's of all time. That say's a lot considering i don't usually like sci-fi games.
Does it make you cry when they give a PS3 exclusive a low score? If that's not the reason, maybe you would like to give some to prove you're point.
..this bundle came with an elite 360 and not a pro. I haven't played either games yet. Eventually i will get around to it and play them one after the other. So yeah, Microsoft, bundle the same games with an elite at a nice price. Release it in July, everywhere in NA and you got me sold. Oh yeah, one last request. Make me a navy blue Elite version with controllers and a headset to match!
i VERY highly doubt that ME2 will be released on the PS3. IMO this game is a guaranteed AAA title. Would Microsoft be that stupid? Maybe, maybe not. If it does get released on the PS3 i would expect it to be a year or two after the X360 release. Who knows though, look what happen with FFXIII. Either way, this game is gonna ROCK!!

All i'm hearing from all of you pro-PS3 posters is that ALL PS3 exclusives are better then any game on the X360. The newer games i agree with, but honestly, if you're gonna compare games, compare them with something that came out around the same time.
Don't use a PS3 exclusive that just came out and compare it with a X360 exclusive that came out a year before when the PS3 had almost no games worth playing. When ODST finally drops then we will have a good comparison for Killzon...

I would love for them to announce two different titles but i doubt it. One title should be announced (hopefully a great game) and i would bet they are still doing work with the avatars which will be something we should find out about at E3.
Honestly, i am not a big Halo fan but ODST looks promising. That is a game that i will be taking a close look at. Hopefully we will see some gameplay footage!
May i suggest you wait until E3 to voice you`re opinion. Microsoft has been very quite and i am pretty sure they have more then one game in the works. It doesn`t take a genious to figure that out. NOTHING is proven yet! Has E3 passed by already? Where was i when that happened. My calender shows that we are the 21st of May. Is this some kind of mistake? Am i a month late? Read over my comment again, i said "one of the biggest exclusive series" not "the biggest" like you say i wrote. BIG difference between the two. Secondly, i was responding to a PS3 Fanboy. I know the first games came out on Nintendo. Maybe i should've wrote that FF has been on the Playstation since the system launched.
