I just recently bought a samsung luxia 8000 led hdtv with 240hz. Awesome tv by the way, but this sounds very cool can't wait to give this a go when it comes out.

Yeah its not Killzone 2 graphics and all that, but man was it fun, I especially liked the RED rage sequence in the demo and the car chase on the highway was right up there too what a blast that was LOL.
This game reminded me of stranglehold in the slow mo shooting aspects but expands on them by quite a bit. This game won't turn heads in visuals but the gameplay seems on point for this type of game.
Plus with a preorder bonus at gamestop of 10 bucks off the price...

click on the right stick and you have 3 or 4 views to use i am not sure on all the views, but they have a c*ckpit view if that is what your looking for.

i figured they would give this in the 6-7 range its your typical hack and slash type game i like these games. I also like the anime so its just fine for me. The trophies thing yeah kinda blows but i can live without them, i have been gaming since the colecovision days and atari days when trophies and such were nonexistant LOL. So i don't worry about it, but i understand those that push for them they do add replay value. This game will be a nice distraction for me while i await the HIGHLY TOUT...
Come on Sony this should be a priority its gaming related. IF Burnout Paradise can do it in a patch i see no reason a firmware can't and would let the devs spend more time on the game itself then coding to scale. The only thing i want them to fix at all is scaling everything else is just fine to me.
I am not a big online MP player myself, certain games it works really well others not so much, shooters definitely MP adds value to them even though i still love me some SP action in shooters. RPG's i most certaintly prefer single player. But i am not that worried yet Devs know SP is what gets you hooked on the game and the MP just prolongs your enjoyment i say stick to both on the games and everyone is happy.
nothing worse than playing a game on your 1080i HDTV and its in 480P if they would fix this i would have no real complaints about the system everything else about it is nice. I do applaud the Devs though of late making PS3 games that will scale but i just think SONY should be enforcing this for all games or release a firmware update that would allow those with 1080i to enjoy HD gaming like those with 720P sets. if no one knows what i am referring to do this in the demo. Use the force to grab a stormtrooper and while you have him in the air press square and watch the lightsaber hit him then toss him across the room and wait for your saber to return. that's the one thing i am hoping they will do as well. As i only have a 1080i/480P HDTV as well. i just get a kick out of some people that say buy a new tv LOL. It's not taxing on the hardware to scale like it is to make games native 1080 that is not what is expected to be done. and for the issues concerning the Dualshock controllers I have heard its only the imported white dualshocks having issues with this update. My black dualshock works no problems with the 3.0 update. The freezing issues to me and I hope it's not the case, but could be the PS3 itself is going. There is no way some can freeze and others are not this has to be with the units themselves, but what do I know I just play the games LOL.
