Yeah, when I got astro's headset I kissed surrond sound (for gaming) goodbye.
Now, while i havent played this game on the Wii. But i can tell by the video it suffers from the same problem. The controls are not smooth at all, just wtach the cursor/crosshair on screen. Not even close to being smooth and you can tell by watching that he is missing stuff and is having a hard time controlling it.
I dont have a problem that people would prefer this setup for controls. But to say it is better than anything else is just plain stupid. And i wish they had cros...

Too Hard? My dog can play this game and be good at it. The game takes no skill what so ever to be good at it. Maybe that's why some people are defending it, and cry when the get owned in COD.

Now saying they focused on multiplayer more than single player is just dumb, considering they have Dangerclose doing single player then had Dice do multiplayer. They game just got rushed out the door and you can tell in every aspect of the game. The single player is short and rubbish and the multiplayer is just rubbish.

Yeah the PSN online community is pretty disconnected if you ask me, as compared to xboxlive that's for sure. And even when people have a mic on PSN it sounds like crap and kinda robotic.
They do not require you to buy battery packs. I guess luckily for me and with most people i know i had rechargeable aa's that work great without having to buy anything extra.

Well thats good someone enjoys Gears that much, cause i couldnt even force myself to play more than 2 hours of Gears2. And dont get me started on the multiplayer....
