LOL slow sales? The Wii U sold over 300,000 in Japan alone this past weekend...
I have not played the game either, I agree with you though. Maybe a little better than PS2 graphically, more like Gamecube, but I guess the game is huge and allot of people love it. I might check it out.
Those are pretty good numbers for a launch, Software wise.
I don't know have they taken into consideration how many 360's and some PS3 (not mine thank God) have had to be replaced do to Ring of Death and Burnt out Blu-Ray drives...that is a allot of plastic and parts just laying in junk yards. :( I do not use my PS3 as a Blu Ray player to avoid that happening to mine. Just making lite I am not serious..LOL
There are a quite a few killer games for Wii U, and more to come. The day one patch does suck, but its not that big of a deal.
Uh, with Wii U you have more controller options than any other console. Pro controller, Gamepad, Wii Remotes, More M-Rated games at launch then any other launch in Nintendo history. Metroid, Zelda, are far from kiddie games, but some of the best games made on ANY platform. Clearly you have not spent any time with Wii U (not a demo in a store) It made Madden 13 kick, and I like BOPS2 better on Wii U because of the gamepad, I bought it for my PS3, because I couldn't wait a week for it so ...
First of all it is not even available for 2 months. I have and love my PS3, I have seen a 500 gig HD, for less than $45 (often), More Modern tech, A gamepad (that makes the games much better) With Internet integration that BLOWS my PS3 out of the water. Those are just a few things that Make me scratch my head at the PS3 price.
Ouch, $299 still. I only paid $349 for mine 3 years ago. This makes me wonder why people complain the Wii U is over priced. The hard drive is small, but it is compatible with any hard drive.
I am good with the Wii U specs. Even this article talks about the GPGPU its muti-core NEWER tech. I wont even argue with the current gen owners. We have not seen what the Wii U is capable of yet, and I am sure that it will do some very cool things. Wii U may not be the huge step in next gen PS4 will be, but it is next gen. Have you even spent any time playing the Wii U, or are you just saying it sucks? If you have not sat and played it (not a demo at gamestop or walmart)perhaps you should. Also the Tech is not outdated. It is newer tech, and for those who think the clock speed means that it is weak are wrong. Like I did say though PS4 is a must for me, but not if a basic is going to be $499, if that is the case I would wait for price cut.
I like the fact that with Wii U, you can use Gamepad, Wii remotes, Pro Controller, You can basically play anyway you would like.
I think its just a little pre-mature to say that, Wii U is off to a much better start than the PS Network. Allot of Wii U's have not even been opened yet as they were purchased for the Holidays, also Dec 8th release date for Japan, my gosh its not even out globally yet. I would say by January the users are going to jump significantly.

I love the Wii U, once again Nintendo has given us a new way to play. Some People say, "oh well its based on 7year old tech" that is completely false. It is new tech and developers have not even utilized all of Wii U's power. Also 7 years ago the gamepad would not have been possible. Wii U is awesome. I love my PS3, most of my friends have Xbox360, and I did have one for a year and a half. I just never picked up another one because between my PS3, PC, and yes even Wii. I had enough games to keep my busy on my down time. PS4 is a must for me, but I do worry about it costing $499 for a basic system like last time. I just picked PS3 up 3 years ago so I will have to see. PS3 really is not that much less right now than Wii U.
I love the game, my friend hates it. The gamepad use took getting used to, but once I was used to it, I loved it!
I know, I really prefer Madden13 , BOPS2, on Wii U Zombi U, is way cool. The funny thing about the people that disagree, have not even sat and played Wii U accept maybe a demo, and that is not the same.
