Does it have reference to ikea in the game. If so, then you’ve got to expect it. If it hasn’t then it’s just a game set in a furniture store and ikea can go jog on, they don’t own the rights to all furniture stores.
When I say original I mean original RE4. The original RE is a far more influential and better game than 4.
The original wasn’t even a great game. Don’t get me wrong this remake looks like it gets things right but the original is not even close to the top 10!

Quite a few times missions haven’t started properly. I’ve had cars stuck to me. Loads of issues with police not working correctly I.e random guns shots when I’ve got no wanted level and I’ve gone to try and find out what’s going on and it’s a cop stuck in a bush trying to shoot me for some reason but either has terrible aim or the bullets aren’t working. Didn’t have any issues with the original, this is all within I’d say my first 2 hours of gameplay. This remaster is garbage.
I never played it on PS2 I bought it originally day 1 on PC. I can understand if you’re not bothered by it if all youve played is the PS2 version. But this whole definitive edition is a smack in the face to PC players who had the definitive edition in the first place. It goes to show just really how little work they actually put in to this remaster. It really is laughable if it wasn’t true. Playing it now through PS+. Rockstar really have fallen!

Vice City being my favourite GTA of all time, the definitive edition is such a pile of crap. How rockstar had the nerve to call this the definitive edition and shutdown the mods from people that had actually put real work in it. Is a disgrace.

I had several boot issues with the firmware before last. But the last firmware resolved it. For some reason I was having to boot the PS5 in to safe mode then limit it to HDCP. 2.0 only. Then fully boot, then I could restart it with correct spec. Horrible bug and an absolute nightmare to work out. Came really close to sending it back as a bricked console.
They always said some form of single player master league was in the pipeline but there’s been no mention of that in ages now so I’m starting to think that may not happen.
There is an option to play as the real teams however it is limited. The game is designed around creating dream teams though.
Imagine the dirt Chris Pratt must have, to be so absolutely terrible and I genuinely mean awful at his job. Yet manage to regularly be pushed into leading roles.
*edit. Strange I’ve had updates not reboot in the past but this one has just definitely rebooted my ps5 after install.
Did it make a new boot up sound as well or was that just because I usually miss it changing sources. It sounded like I had 2, a new one and then the normal startup sound.
Minor updates don’t reboot on ps5, only bigger ones.
… and like I said before, this is why despite how much I want it, I’m not paying Sony prices. So it’ll have to wait until it’s a realistic price.

I’ll believe it when I see it. As a previous massive fan of their work. Each game has got progressively worse and worse. The Quarry being their worst to date which I was massively disappointed with. As with society their games seem to be more and more targeting people that lack any form of intelligence. Each game provides less and less actual gameplay. Which to an extent you can understand because of how many they are churning out. But like I said, it’s definitely hurting their reputation.
