This is what I don’t understand about people. Much like the football industry their reasoning for why they pay/give such high value bonuses/salaries is due to the HUGE amount of money being made has to be shared out somewhere…. Yet these same companies complain that they have to increase prices because their products/bills are just to expensive to make that they can’t do it without increasing…. Then believe it or not there’s certain members of the general public that will fight for these comp...
I managed to get it for about £43 I think with a few PlayStation points and a couple of ShopTo vouchers. I wasn’t going to pay full asking price for it either - I wouldn’t for any game sold at these inflated prices.
The game is well worth the price I paid though!
I thought this was already confirmed from the leak that came from a Japanese gaming magazine and hasn’t it been re-rated/classified.. pretty sure Bloodbornes a safe bet
Mark my words, the 3d Spatial Audio will be best in class I reckon on this. They showed they were up to the task with Blair Witch. I think this will beat Returnal.

I find the personalised 3d audio absolute garbage. I’ve been using 3d surround sound software since the days of the original razor synapse. I find Sonys new implementation the worst setup I’ve used. I’m using it with the new Sony 3d pulse headset but they sounded much better before this update (beta). The setup is ridiculous it’s just repeatedly selecting the same circular motions over and over again because they all now sound like they’re coming from the same locations each time, very few va...
If they had released the original PS5 at that spec and price I would have bought it in a heartbeat. However I’m not paying that for a half-gen upgrade!
I do plan to buy it, I love Astro bot, but I’ve just kinda lost my way with Sony and PS5. Decided to put money into my PC and upgrade that instead. Burnt again by the poor quality of PSVR2 PC adaptor. It works ONCE then as soon as you shut it down it breaks the audio driver meaning you have to uninstall the adaptor and reinstall each time I want to play. Which seemed to be another Sony failing.
Was also under the impression that they had claimed RRP for Astro was £49.9...
Hard pass for me. First Sony console I haven’t bought. Not giving in to this mid cycle refresh crap again. I did a day 1 with PS4 pro and while I don’t regret it this cripppling of consoles in order to resell another to you half way through the generation I don’t agree with. Already decided this a couple of weeks ago and managed to buy a brand new ROG TUF 4070Ti Super for £570. My PC is designed to be upgraded… my console is not!
It’s funny because every time any marketing or PR try to portray FIFA as iconic it’s always FIFA ‘94 material that’s used but yet no one still plays FIFA ‘94. Yet people to this day still happily play SWOS or decades old PES. That shows you when it was last influential in that regard.
Despite it's popularity FIFA's simply just not iconic. It would be a tossup between SWOS or PES.... Which is exactly verbatim what the author has written..

First of all you’re wrong, but second of all you clearly don’t know an awful lot about what you’re talking about.
I buy most my pc games through epic now. Don’t get me wrong I love steam and steam has had a lot of my money for the work they put into the platform. But i like what Epic are fighting for and they’ve been open about it from the very beginning. I wish they would sort out their verify/repair files option for when you format your drives. The whole rename/redownload hack is an absolutely awful archaic solution.
I’m in the beta and can honestly say that this year is the biggest copy and paste I’ve ever witnessed. I played 2 full games and witnessed 3 new animations in total and some weird specular highlighting around the player models that I assume is to hide AA/artifacting.. but it just looks weird. nothing else new at all. Those 3 animations were also pre scripted cut scenes. Not live play. I actually deleted it after that. I picked up FC24 on sale earlier in the year and theres absolutely no diffe...
Got my PSVR2 PC adapter today and surprised to say my old motherboard built in Bluetooth works flawlessly. Just played 10mins of Alyx without any issues. Wasn’t expecting to spend most of that time writing on a window 😂
Don’t know how it released but playing it for the first time now on ps5 there is no framerate issues. It’s stable and its slower pace makes 30fps acceptable. It would obviously be awesome at 60fps though.
