I always get a ton of hate for saying this but the Borderlands series is truly awful. It's shallow, poor, cheap writing & attempt at humour. It's a series that feels like it was made by a group of 5 year olds who spent the entire development time stealing old ideas from old games & just copying them but not even able to copy them well.
I will never understand how anyone can give this game any credit. Genuinely the worst set of games I've ever played.
Great game let down by lack of MP levels & a truly ridiculous season pass price. After buying at launch I stopped playing it a while ago because it just ended up being so repetitive. I will buy the season pass which will fix & complete the game but I'm not paying the same price as I did for the actual game itself on release. That's just stupid!
A realistic Sub £20, then I'll buy the season pass & eventually have the full product.
The original was a truly awesome game. All the sequels were complete & utter garbage!
...only a week late.
What's amazing is that I cant see a single difference between standard PS4 & PS4Pro, at 1080p at least.
Been considering getting this for PSVR. Good to know they're releasing a patch to up VR quality.
Maybe it's just me getting old or maybe it's just because COD has the most BS PR talk in the industry.
I think it's just the industry as a whole but you can always count on COD to drop a clanger. The worst is yet to come no doubt.
@Samden I'm a member of the For Honor sign-up community. I've been a part of all the Alpha's/Beta's, I've even mentioned this in a post below.
... Maybe you seem a little quick to judge & make incorrect assumptions without paying proper attention or just to willing to make negative comments regarding others. You could even say just not understanding what you're talking about.... :-)
Absolutely. Releasing a "beta" a week before release after the game has clearly already gone gold. Shows that It was exactly that just a sales pitch.
The Alpha was great. The public beta however I've not managed to finish a single game without crashing out with a network error.
Last thing they want to be doing is crippling their fan base at launch so that the player count falls.
Me, like a lot of others are waiting on the price coming down before buying. Obviously no ones going to buy it though if everyone is fed up & not playing it anymore because of server issues. So Ubisoft needs to get on...
DICE have always been very shady & incompetent with their updates. They always have game breaking bugs at launch or that they introduce in the first few patches. Then they refuse to acknowledge them for anything up to a year before they get around to fixing them. I remember Battlefield 3 had a crashing bug on pc on release which took them over 3 months to acknowledge & fix. Despite it being the most popular thread on their support page.
Much like the dx12 bug. DX12 ...

Despite the frostbite engine ...
Does it fix DX12 yet or are we gonna wait a few more months before they decide to work on it?
RE7 is truly amazing in VR but overall I just can't get over the motion sickness.
I've tried my hardest to stick with it but I've got to the point were all I have to do is think about putting it on & my subconscious kicks in & makes me start feeling motion sickness before I've even put the headset on.
Well I haven't been phished & ive got so many different passwords that I've lost count & it makes me miserable trying to remember them all but that's another story.
Nothing was changed or purchased on my account. So I either caught them early or it was some kind of glitch. Either way I'm keeping a very close eye on it. I'm not stupid enough to believe Sony can't be hacked though & my details are 100% safe.
So have PSN accounts been hacked again??
About 2 days ago I switched on my PS4 & when updating the what's new tab. It said I had played Tropico 5 for the first time the night before at 21:24.
I hadn't played my PS4 at all the night before & I don't have Tropico 5 installed.
Immediately checked my bank account & changed my PSN password.
He actually said that framelocks would still be in place. So if a game was locked at 30fps it would obviously not increase framerates over 30fps but it would provide a more stable 30fps on unpatched games. Whereas the actual pro patches would provide upgraded graphics etc.. He Also stated that the extra horsepower would be used to make the overall system UI run better offering better performance across the board. Through the general XMB to the Guide menu in-game.
.... I rea...
It should of been there from the start because Mark Cerny said publicly on stage from the reveal conference that ALL games would be more stable, increased framerates & a better performing system UI. Which at least up until now simply wasn't true. So yea, to be fair it should have been there at lunch.
Whether you're willing to agree that something that was promised but wasn't initially true, but willing to ignore that fact is up to you...
....
Who cares. There surely isn't anyone sad enough to buy them in the first place.... Is there??
@Elwenil are you trying to say the CIA is a reputable source..??
