Like @playablegamez has said, I think a lot of people on here don’t actually understand the terminology behind what they’re saying.
MGSV is certainly not a demanding game.
The fact that Konami played up this update is embarrassing.
It should also look a little embarrassing to Sony themselves as it kind of suggests that their machine is not able to handle a proper upgrade.
You couldn’t even call this update lacklustre as it’s barely even existent.
Haven’t downloaded it yet, but reports are so far that it does sweet F* all.
Another waste of time by the sounds of it but I’ll have a look for myself later. I don’t have high hopes though. Seems like a bit of a trend.
I find the game incredibly dull & tedious but I’m interested to see what enhancements this turns out to be. Might even give me some encouragement to eventually complete it.
No where near as good as Stick of Truth. In fact this one is pretty dull. It’s alright but it’s not great & they obviously knew that hence the delay.
Come on people this naiveness has to stop. Single player isn’t dying, stop listening to what your told & look at the facts.
They’re trying to kill single player because of greed. To upsell on a single player game it costs more money because there’s story, writing, voice acting etc. Up selling multiplayer games is easy no real work is needed as it’s just using recycled & cut assets. Therefor it costs them very little or even nothing but yet raking it in.

This is simple common place business. It’s past the days of conspiracy theories. It’s now a fully known & used business marketing strategy. Discussed openly in business seminars globally. It’s just that gamers generally aren’t to bright about these kind of things.

As is expected with N4G any critique against Sony is seen with ridiculous little fanboys throwing their dummies around.
Even media outlets are currently publicly calling out Sony for the lack of improvements over what was promised during its presentation.
My Pro was the biggest waste of money & disappointing upgrade I’ve ever had.
There is soo little actual noticeable difference between games so far. It’s been out long enough now that we should be seeing vast improvements as standard & we simply haven’t. The situation just isn’t improving at all & worst of all there is absolutely no sign of it improving or that Sony even cares!
If only the franchise had come to Egypt much sooner, I would of been interested.
Love the setting but it’s just another Creed game & the franchise, despite the great ideas it originally had, just bores me to tears now.
Ubisoft really did drag it kicking & screaming through the gutter. Really wish they would calm down with milking these games to death & ruining them.
It’s an odd one. Absolutely loved The Stick of Truth & was really worried about the delay of Fractured But Whole. After seeing all the amazing reviews it received I took the plunge & paid full price £55.
Ignoring all these reviews that have given it almost perfect review scores it’s not even close to SOT in fact I’m 3 & a bit hours in and the game is incredibly dull. Don’t like the new fight mechanic, the world feels empty of character & the humours alm...
I don’t mind that it’s 80gb, but how!?
This is COD, it’s not going to use high quality assets or geometry or scale. What have they padded it with to take up that much space?
I can only assume that the game itself is probably at most 15-20gb of game content then the rest is high quality uncompressed sound & language packs to make it look like there’s more content.
It desperately needs some more content. It’s so shallow at the moment that it can’t compare with PUBG. But it’s free so you can’t really complain.
Since I picked up my Nvidia Shield my Steam Link hasn't been touched. The Shield annihilates it in every department but you really cant complain at the price point of the Link.
Surely this can be classed as cheating on a server scale. If serious action can be taken against cheaters in game then surely gamers can take action against developers/publishers applying this to their servers.
Either way it really is a scumbag move & proves 100% beyond question that Activision is willing to negatively effect their customers experiance in order to coerce more money out of them.
The presentation, voice acting & story are far better than the first game. It’s really good & still creepy as hell.
Just currently playing it’s free weekend. It really does look amazing on the Pro.
Haven’t even tried multiplayer but think I might buy it while it’s on offer. Just got such a backlog at the moment to get through.
It’s cause they’ve sorted out the load times. It was horrific before & made it pointless playing. Now the load times have been fixed it’s a good game. Almost on point with PUBG.
Now that Fortnite has sorted out its terrible loading times, it’s not a half bad game.
It’s not quite the package PUBG is but if you can forgive just how much of a rip off it is you can’t complain for being a F2P game.
Let’s not get carried away here. We need to get a grip. 225 games means nothing when the quality of 90% of these “Pro Enhancements” are shockingly poor.
I’m hoping when the X gets released the competition will force developers to support the Pro more seriously instead of a gimmick.
