It’s a gaming convention. It’s a publisher making a 20 minute entertainment piece & promoting some of their games. While at the same time making fun of how fake the industry is.
It’s just clever marketing. The fact that there’s somehow people out there that think it’s real just feeds into the ironic stupidity of its theme.
Gearbox are not good devs & they make shit games. Give it to a respectable dev who has the ability to make a good game.
Yes it’s the same thing. Last version I had was probably downloaded about 6 months ago. It was still called Snes9x it does have other forks though.
Love SNESX no matter how many years go by I still return to it through a new toy somehow.

I thought the season pack advertised these as expansion packs. From what I’ve read of these they appear to sound like simple level addons that don’t particularly contain much content & completed fairly quickly.

I wouldn’t say it was terrible they just really missed a trick with the story & characters. They had a great idea & they just panicked & unfortunatly weren’t brave enough to run with it properly so had to dial it down stupidly. Then the characters had no soul either. How they managed to pull off such critical success with Vaas then somehow forget the importance he made to the series by following up with repeated tedious boring or cheesy characters.

While I agree to an extent, Far Cry 3 was without question the best of the series to date!
Unfortunately it’s always been the case on Xbox this generation. All file sizes are bigger usually by about 5gb so that’s not far off. I assume it’’s due to the compression technique or Extra DRM data. There was talk that this was left over from the always online vision of the original xbone. We’re it was extra data that was continuously cross referenced during playing.
Exactly the same requirements as Battlefield 1. So expect the console version to run pretty much as well as that does. Can’t say how many of the bells & whistles you’ll get though.

This was a great game, totally took me by surprise. Really good writting too. Dialogue actually felt grown up which is hard for a game as they’re usually so cheesy.
Never completed it though ended up getting caught up in other games. Definitely going back to finish this one.

Then there’s the paid DLC levels that are carbon copied level meshes just with new textures applied to try and trick people into thinking it’s a completely different & new map. Now they’re removing single player & have basically acknowledged that they will be selling you the campaign at a later date as DLC.

Great conference but they pretty much admitted their POWER OF TEH CLOUD rubbish was complete bullshit by showing the latest Crackdown 3 gameplay with its CLOUD POW3R completely removed.
So all in all, it was a great gaming conference but further proof that you need a pinch of salt with anything that Microsoft says. It was still great entertainment though.
