Ahh thanks for the heads up, didn't knew it was a european thing.
I knew that about the warrenty because a relative told me about it when my phone broke a while back, so i'm not to well imformed about the subject.
That's why i tought it might have been a reason to not release it in the netherlands. But i quess i was wrong.

Another reason it might not be released in the netherlands is because we have a law that says: if you can prove that the product you bought was faulty and not broken by yourself, you have a right to claim warrenty even after two years, which ofc exeeds the xbox one 1 yr warrenty.
With all the problems the x1 has right now, it isn't to far fetched that MS didnt want to repair broken lauch consoles in two years from now
When i saw the preview pic i thought the shell was hovering over the plate using magnets, than it would be worth the extra bucks imo.

The auto aim pvp is actually pretty deep in other rockstar games like red dead and max payne. The trick is to free aim towards the head after you lock on, also you can still hit a enemy when he's outside your auto aim range by free aiming.
Personally i like the auto aim pvp cause its a nice change of pace from other shooters which al use free aim

I think it's because the cars are in a showroom, games often exaggerate the graphics when in the menu, more polygons, better lighting etc.
I didnt notice any overdone reflections on the cars in-game, from what i've seen in the trailers at least.
Lol it's true, when you sign up for the beta, you have to sign a NDA which says if you leak info you will be banned from xbox live untill the beta ends.
Plus you will be on a black list for future betas :p

Have you even heard the echo-like sound kinects make? It sounds like they are talking from inside a toilet bowl.
When ever someone joins our party with kinect, everyone rages and tells him to put his mic on.
Besides the one with kinect can barely hear us because our voices come out of his tv along side with his game audio.
