I have a PC, PS4, and Xbox One. What I love about this gen is that most games are coming to PC but I feel that the perfect combination right now is PC + PS4. My Xbox One has been hardly touched and a complete waste of money if I'm telling the truth.
I usually end up with all consoles but end up buying something towards the end of the generation when it's cheap. This time I bought into all three fairly early because I'm fortunate to be in a position to be able to...
My favourite will always and forever be Triple Triad from FFVIII - got completely absorbed.
I still regret not collecting the cards when they were out.
We left disappointed but also left wishing that it was a much shorter experience, it would have had a much more profound effect. Enjoyable enough if you go in with the idea that you can just pick it up every now and then when you can't handle anything more intense.
We agree - personally we think that the standard (or at least, most common system) is 'out of ten' that people have accepted it without questioning it. It happened with Horizon Zero Dawn, where people were criticising certain publications because they dared to give it an 8 instead of 'at least a 9' (an actual quote). To us, that's absurd. Bad, Average, Good, Must buy - there's no room for that kind of argument. Obviously, you and I may disagree that a game is 'good...
Hi, Thanks for the feedback!
This is a new scoring system for us which doesn't really translate to N4G very well - we effectively score by words - Bad, Average, Good, Must Buy. It's a simple system which immediately gives you a sense of the game's quality and what we thought of it without trying to figure out what the difference is between a 7 and a 7.5 or 8. Personally, we find it much harder to understand that, than a more stripped back rating.
As soon as I saw 5 pages for 5 games, I very quickly backed out.
Currently on my second play through and this is even more annoying. I expected it'd have been fixed in a patch (I first played on launch) but it's stlil just as bad as ever. Having said that, it's one of the few things I dislike about the game.
