The xbox one is built around DRM, the PS4 is not.
Sony cannot force the pub/dev to do anything they don't want to, without the mandatory internet connection they can't enforce DRM like security.
there will be competition between the Publishers/devs,who do or do not use it, xbox one has none of that because it's built into the system and they'll take advantage of it.
they should stop doing stupid stuff, and stop rushing there games to meet quarterly figures.

as someone who was an xbox fan I'm completely glad of Sony slaughtering the xbone, I liked the games MS shown but i will not put up with there nonsense.
