The real Harvest Moon is still alive, if you’re still interested. It’s called Story of Seasons and in Japan it bears the same name as the old Harvest Moon games we loved. @EDMIX, I can't speak for Splatoon 2, but I can say I'm not interested in the series at all. I've been more exposed to Destiny 2 than the whole Splatoon franchise. This month for XBL is just awful. MGSV whether or not you have or even like, is no doubt a better choice of game than the entirety of XBL for the month. It's disappointing, to say the least. XBL hasn't been all that good this year. It had a few great months but a lot of duds unless you're into indies and didn't play the Xbox 360 games it offered. I don't even care for MGSV, but I'll have to commend PS+ for the pick.
I'll be playing it on Xbox One X... I don't have an Xbox One at all AT but got the Scorpio system preordered. It's going to keep me busy, and so will Forza 7, South Park, and AC Origins. If Super Lucky's Tales will be good then I'll play that too.

If you're going to make a game different at least keep what made the original great, and add a lot of new content that makes the game feel like a new experience...like Uncharted 1 and Uncharted 2, and RDR1 and RDR2, for examples. Driveclub sold extremely well, Evolution still closed. Sales will be high like it was for FFXIII. Screw up something as big as GT you’ll have to go back to what worked for the franchise if you want to keep your fans. Sony has closed plenty of studios within the past 10 years, they will close more. Media Molecule is also at risk.
