All I see in this Article is further proof IGN didn't play this game. Or at least get past level 7. If they did then they wouldnt have had to go to Sony for this information.
Yes minor damage happens at level 1. The real damage dont start till level 40. The AI also changes at this level.
Moral of the story. Play the Game.

If people actually played KZ1 most of the gripes was performance issues, pop up etc..
By the looks of KZ3 I can see why the ps2 just didnt have the power for there vision

These guys WILL mess up any game they make. Their terrible Canadian devs.
First 8 months of Socom was COMPLETELY broken. They even released that POS game with features that where on the BOX but not on the DISC. AND TO BOOT took forever to even get box features in game..
They ignored the fans, sold way more than any broken game should..
BTW I'm a HUGE Socom fan unfortunately I still played their POS!!
