I'm a huge fan of Vanquish, I've played through it enough times and got the platinum.
And pretty much, this whole article is crap.
New protaganist? Sam was so integral to Vanquish, his personality was perfect for the game. He was so cliche, but it was on purpose. It was what the game was supposed to be like, which brings me to the voice acting point.
