Wii Memory Upgrade. Nintendo is currently working on one and at their Nintendo Press Event they stated that as of 2009 games were going to be able to be saved to SD Cards. That is not satisfying for the following reasons...
1. They Are Small and can get lost.
2. They Can be lost and/or destroyed
I love Nintendo, but what they should do is a memory upgrade. Here are the details here..
1. A extremely massive memory upgrade, that can be purchased or downloaded.
2. A gigabyte memory upgrade (5 to 10 gigabytes)
3. Also comes with a system upgrade.
This is what the upgrade should be. This in my opinion would allow for games like Red Steel 2 and several other titles to have DLC, and I know how much the gaming community loves DLC.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.
The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.
Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.
15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.
These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse

You know, with the amount of useless peripherals Nintendo has put to market, i'm so surprised they haven't swallowed their pride and admitted we were wrong "our customers want a storage device" The SD card isn't the way to go, furthermore SD card's have a higher corruption ratio than hard drives. It's unbelievable that the masses amount of content available on the Virtual Console & Wiiware that Nintendo decide to work and create the DSi and have more attention towards that than potentially making shed loads of money on its own official hard drive and the ability to offer DLC. It's pretty shambolic its another stab in the back to the serious gamer by Nintendo.
