Raz Review: "Like so many sequels, R2 doesn't feel all that much
different from its predecessor. There's some graphical and technical
improvements to the weapons, and a few new ones have been added to your
arsenal.
The storyline progresses further, the graphics look a
bit sharper, but all in all it feels like another episode of the same
thing (which is, I suppose, what Insomniac was going for). Mind you,
the original was pretty good to begin with, so imitating it isn't
necessarily a bad thing.
The real coolness of R2, however, comes
in the multiplayer online games - where you can upgrade and rank up as
your choice of Medic, SpecOps or Soldier in Co-op mode, or head over to
Competitive mode and play some deathmatches or Capture the Flag games.
All things considered, it's fun, addictive, and really well put together."
