Hey buddy World of Warcraft, Mass Effect and Bioshock all come from the USA and the west and if you think they aren't creative you're crazy!!!!!!!

Every type of FPS or action game the west does is creative, you'd have to be living in a dreamworld to not notice it!!! Innovation is what those games excel at!

They kept japanese games on the Ps3 and western games on the Xbox360 so we don't have to suffer any longer.. Europe is more Japanese orientated non of the games of western devs ever hit number 1 in the EU here. I'm very pleased with that since Japanese devs have more creativity then any other.

The PS3 isn't in some huge pit of death like you say it is...

That's why and how Sony thanks europe by making all their games 20% higher expensive , now we know what to expect immediately !!!

In Europe they prefer real games like assassins creed which still was number one over a month later, japan games never make the top spot anymore when you have call of duty / guitar hero taking the top slots !!!!

I do think winds of change are afoot in europe, here is how the consumers get burned paying $100 a game !!!nothing says thank you like a price hike in all territories !!! Plot thickens !!

your examples are clearly what happens in US and it seems like you have no idea about whats going on in Europe, in fact more than half of the countries in EU lists games as "PS3" and "also for X360" in a corner somewhere... in conclusion, the PS3 have stronger commercial inpact in EU rather than in the US.

Yeah Japanese devs are proud of their games, since most of Japanese entartainment is more focused on games. But you know US and EU and to be more clear US itself can do a lot more better in gaming than Japanese. They have a lot of resources, money and man power like no other country (just look at the brain drain they do). But in US movies have more appeal than games and in Japan reverse is the truth. So the Hollywood movies have no.1 spot in the world and even when Japan's great devs like Square Enix make movies they are pale in comparison to the Hollywood CGI's from that of Pixar. But when we consider game Japanese would enjoy the no. 1 spot for time till games get over movies on the west.
So goes from the anime it was more focused in Japan but now is loosing appeal in Japan and has certainly degraded since 90's.
And abt racism its both ways in Japanese devs and in Western devs. you would see most of the new western devs concentrating on 360 and PC which are not used Japanese gamers. So do the Japanese on Ps3 and Wii and Sony has the loss that new western devopers will not atleast be exclusive to PS3 so easily. This is not a very big loss but will become significant with time.
Also by what I have seen in Europe mainly UK and Russia are biggest Xbox supporters. Rest of the Eurpe still likes PS. I mean have some some Uk and Australian 360 fanboys as freinds they are so consevative abt their console of choice that they could even stab a person on that issue and on the contrary the French and Germans are biggest PS3 fanboys in Europe.

From Japan we get best games, hardware, technology, cars etc.

From America we get total sh!t and POLLUTION Causing global warming and useless wars

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.
