E3, a time to dream - What is your final fantasy?

As I took my niece and nephew to their weekly aquatic debacle, a.k.a. their swimming lesson, I couldn't help but think about E3.
It is looming over us and we are drowned in speculations (much like my nephew who couldn't stay afloat to save his life) and early reveals that leaves us all baffled. Is the best yet to come? Are they reaching out to a new audience beyond the legion of gamers and inviting the casual crowd to take notice in some of these pre-leaked "surprises? (my niece's refusal to go to the bathroom prior to her lesson was also a pre-leaked surprise).

Well, this blog, much like the speculations surrounding the E3 conferences, is an exercise in creative imagination. (You were expecting a pun about my niece and nephew here, I won't easily satisfy you, sorta like Square Enix.).
It'll be a departure from expected titles and possible hardware announcements.
You'll imagine your own final fantasy (Square Enix doesn't seem to be able to do so), and post right under this blog what sort of announcements you'd dream to see from game developers and consoles makers that are long gone.
Sega, Atari, Rare (jk, not really!), working designs, Camelot, ImagePooch, etc...I'm obviously naming the ones I'm going to miss and miss already.
My crazy thoughts are as follow:
-Sega, God damn it, man! Release your old Saturn games into an HD collection and make bank. I don't care if you have to re-do those Saturn games such as shining force, dragon force and Panzer Dragoon Saga, just make it happen. Or hell, sell those IPs to capable hands. Nights into dreams and Guardian Heroes were a step in the right direction but you need to advertise those releases.
Sega of America is clueless and worthless! I am not one for salty comments, but can anyone think of any good games they released recently?
So what is my ultimate fantasy? A revival of Sega, like a phoenix rising from the ashes with a console, Nintendo style, something competitive but not with the latest tech because they simply can't afford it. Along with a new console, an already strong catalog of previous Sega classics, Sonic, Phantasy star, Shining force, Power stone, Sega rally, Virtual On, Space Harrier, etc...
-The vita, it is not dead, so no doom and gloom here to be found. However, lost opportunities make this wonderful device not as vibrant as it could be.
Sony, this E3, turn the Vita into the ultimate "legacy" device (turn that term around for a more positive spin) that can play PS1, PS2 and PS3 games via PSNow and make a subscription price no gamers could refuse.
We need PS2 games to join the ranks of PS1 classics recently released on the Vita. It is only 18 months old. No one needs AAA titles on it as it is expensive to develop for little financial returns, but support other 1st and 2nd party developing team that are releasing great titles for it.

E3 is a time to dream, so dream on gamers, what is your ultimate fantasy? On what developer or console maker would you use your last Phoenix down?

Sega, ever heard of Fire Emblem? It is doing what Shining Force used to do, perhaps gamers do want a SRPG again...

Panzer Dragon Saga? Skies of Arcadia? Take a page from recent Square Enix news and institute a revival!

PSnow! I mean it, now! Affordable prices. Now!

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
