Congratulations on visiting the world’s premier (and pretty much only) gaming news aggregate website. In these pages you’ll find a collection of top quality articles from around the web approved by a foolproof system of responsible contributors. This system ensures you’ll never see: duplicate articles, flame bait, poorly translated articles, bad grammar, blogs or Youtube videos. To get you started in the comments section here’s a handy guide that will help you become a valuable member of the ‘community’.
1. Pick a side. To promote healthy ‘debate’ the community is divided into supporters of certain video game systems, pick your favourite and stick with it... NO MATTER WHAT.
2. Be sure to get your comment at the top of the page, even if it’s irrelevant or you haven’t read the article yet.
3. Grammar is for Nazis! There’s absolutely no difference between there, their, they’re or your and you’re.
4. Your opinion is fact right? Make sure people are aware of this by writing the word ‘fact’ in capital letters at the end of your comment, use exclamation marks to emphasize the factyness.
5. This is the Internet so be sure to never back down from an argument, no matter how redundant or off topic it becomes.
6. If you read something you disagree with, whatever you do, DO NOT debate the point logically. Instead try to discredit the source as biased or just spout misinformation to confuse and mislead ignorant readers.
7. If you lose a bubble for trolling you can always write a blog about how unfair it is, people really care and love reading about your tragedy.
8. Click disagree but NEVER give a reason.
9. The ‘shipped vs sold’ argument never gets old.
10. VGchartz is 100% accurate and the ‘z’ makes it cool.
Follow these easy steps and you’ll fit in nicely here. Remember, controversy > truth.
Welcome and enjoy.

Ah, I can never get enough of that side-effect :D
lulz
hahahahaha this is brilliantly true
This is the funniest thing I've read on here for a really long time. While its mostly true, not every single person is this way though. There is lots who are, but also plenty who aren't. Most of the time I just ignore the ridiculous people and only pay attention to the smart ones who care about his industry and whose comments make sense.
I love this place. I'm just here for the news and occasional agrees. Went past the argument stage ages ago, I just use logic and make people look silly now. I'd do the same in real life too.
I think one of the worst things around here, although I'm a PS3 fan, is when a multiplat isn't allowed to be better or more entertaining than a PS3 exclusive around the same time. I speak for Prototype (Infamous) and Bulletstorm (Killzone 3) in these cases. Why battle for the fact that both are playable on your console, you can choose to play both. I seriously don't see the logic.
