Trials Evolution Review - LevelSave

Austin Writes: "RedLynx is popularly known for their amazing game Trials HD. With millions of downloads on Xbox Live making it one of the absolute most popular Xbox Live Arcade games available. Being stuck in a 2D warehouse had its limits, and, the lack of levels and incredibly steep difficulty ramp made Trails HD an imperfect product. Now, Trials is back. Owned by Ubisoft, RedLynx has certainly taken the constructive criticism well and ramped up everything that is known as Trials to make a game you’ll find hard to put down - unless you’re throwing your controller."

I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
