Isn’t that a sweet custom-made controller you see to the left? Unfortunately, you’ll never get a chance to own this goody, nor will you likely ever see it again for sale. This Twilight Princess Nubytech Controller was a prototype that was originally going to release alongside Twilight Princess in 2005. However, perhaps due to the delay of Twilight Princess, the port to the Nintendo Wii, and the high production cost of this controller, it was never released. Only two known prototypes of this controller are believed to exist. One of which was recently sold on eBay for the price of $2500.

The Wii is now a retro console. Let’s get nostalgic about an often maligned system.
Crazy to think the WII is to the Switch 2, as the NES was to the WII back then. 20 Year difference.
My wife asks me to bust it out (heh) everyone once in a while to play bowling and tennis with the kids. There was a ton of slop on it but some good stuff as well.
Wii was great but boy howdy did it cause Microsoft to go on a dark walk with the Kinect and the disastrous XBox One launch that they arguably never recovered from.
Not nostalgic for me.. I was there.. anyone who wasnt a little kid realized it was a gamecube with shit tacked onto it, it was the "joke" system and was well below even the switch in terms of comparing it to the latest machines at the time. The machine was well loved by young people and "casual gamers" who now remember it 20 years on, or in most cases more of its sales came in the 15-20 years ago range not right at launch- but again its not nostalgic for people who were "gamers" then really, just for those who ended up with one in their house, the games , graphics, interface and online features were archaic already in 2006.

TheGamer Writes "In my experience, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess’ once-warm reception has chilled somewhat over the years. Praised at launch as a beautiful return to form after the “childish” art style of its direct predecessor, the world eagerly embraced a game that more closely followed Ocarina of Time’s famous structure and plot cues. Perhaps most alluringly of all, the grandeur and sheer scope of this reimagined Hyrule Field wowed millions of us."

The best Legend of Zelda games experiment and tackle new grounds for the industry. These are the essential titles in the series you need to play.
I am a huge Zelda fan and love them all, but for me Ocarina Of Time is the greatest and my second all time favourite game after Final Fantasy VII.
Oh gee can't imagine what Number 1 is
....
A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker etc is better than Breath of the Wild.
Majora's Mask still holds as my favorite to this day, despite being the black sheep of the series.
I love them all, but Wind Walker, Link to the Past and Minish Cap are my favorites
Wow, that's pretty cool... Not 2,500 dollars cool, but still cool... XD
I feel like that leather thing on the right side of the controller would be annoying when holding it/using the controller
It'll a lot more valuable later on in life.
no controller will ever be collectable. As gaming moves on controllers dies. no one is going to be looking for N64(i believe thats the controller) anytime soon will zelda on it.
the funny thing is that no one is going to spend 2500 or more on controller. if they do they haven to be rich as hell.
i still bitch on buying the controller now for the prices. it would have been better off doing it for a game console or both. then you might have a chance.
I wish I knew who bought that, I have all kinds of ugly, worthless crap I'd sell at an outrageous price.
