A plugin has been released for rFactor 2 by MagicFr that attempts to simulate what a driver really feels and sees from his or her view in the cockpit. When a human being experiences forces of equilibrium, acceleration, gravitational pulls, bumps, deceleration, etc they are experiencing these sensations due to changes in the inner ear which in turn helps the eyes adjust to these variety of changes experienced in a car. In real life the sensation the driver experiences is a perception of the track being stable whereas the interior of the car itself seems to be the thing that is “moving” when the driver experiences the variety of physical forces in a car. This perception takes place due to adjustments being made within the inner ear, thus giving balance to our vision.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
