build a new combat system from the ground up, and make it feel like i'm fighting actual physical enemies and not paper cutouts of them.

Keep the game difficult after leveling. Even on master at 66 the game is babytownfrolics and i just cant bring my self to play it anymore.

Had the same problem, of course having a 300+ damage weapon and 1000+ armor really strips the challenge away. They should have capped the enchant and smithing bonuses.

Yeah, I'm only level 56 playing on master. Had to rip out all the armor enchantments, items that gave me more health and I don't put any points to health anymore. Still things are pretty unbalanced, while I can still kill almost any enemy fairly easily, the stronger ones still give me some challenge even though there is some cheap onehit kill enemies out there.

That's ridiculous, lol. I'm waiting for the guy that says its too cpu-intensive for the Switch 2. This game is old af and has been released like 17 times.
