Of course, this is the type of drivel that the Escapist has been putting out in recent years. It's a garbage web publication that has apparently debased itself to the point of having to write sensationalist crap that has no real basis in fact. The writer needs to broaden his horizons a bit more, not base his claim that the game is "soulless" on ONE experience.
How sad and pathetic can people get? All for the hits, I guess.
I get it. Skyrim is "soulless"... Cause Dark Souls is much better?
Max difficuly on Skyrim is still only 1/10 the difficulty of Dark Souls.
No one quits an Elder Scrolls game because it was too hard.
Another thing...........it's 2011, would it hurt to implement an online option? Massive world and character creation with no online element? That's lame. Role Playing games are meants for social interaction.
