Skyrims universal popularity & astonishing sales figures seem to render that little pearl of wisdom a tad inaccurate.
i find the game extremely hard to play with gamepad, dual casting just never seems to work. And the ui, well its less sucky with mouse and keyboard. Atleast I can get to what I want in a decent amount of time.
