Because Klonoa on Wii flopped in sales which promptly killed the series. Namco was planning to remake Klonoa 2 on Wii, but the remake of the first game’s commercial failure discouraged them from continuing on with the series unfortunately.
Shame really it was a decent remake. If they had bothered to tell anyone they had done it though, it would have probably fared better.

Have the actual machine in my room still. Damn thing stopped working recently, needs a capkit. I have very fond memories of this game in the arcade. Great fighting game.
