That's because they spent the majority of their time having a company wide contest to see who could make Dante the most emo.

Now that the contest ended last week they started hammering out the game.

;D

princejb1345311d ago

but is like dam bro they announced this game a long time ago, and they only have 30 percent complete, i was at least expecting 70% by now

xer05311d ago

All they have to do is swap back to the original Dante, and they will be 70% complete ;-)

Seventh_Blood_Reborn5311d ago

Only 30%? So if they delete it they don' t lose much, eh! ;D

MariaHelFutura5311d ago

Dante now looks exactly like one of the guys from Ninja Theory ironically.

Seventh_Blood_Reborn5311d ago

That' s all about vanity: he thinks he is so cool that this protagonist can' t fail. EPIC FAIL!

Pikajew5311d ago

Am I the only one who likes Dante's new look?

Taz Yamauchi5311d ago

I looks like it only you and one other douchebag who agreed with you, that if if it wasn't you who agreed with yourself

Jensen5311d ago

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAH +BUBS

Nodoze5311d ago

Quick cancel this one now and save some development costs.

Let Ninja Theory focus on making Kung Fu Chaos 2.

Baka-akaB5311d ago (Edited 5311d ago )

It will never be a complete dmc experience anyway . It's forever missing Dante and DMC's gameplay

Fishy Fingers5311d ago

The games 30% complete, but it seems the gaming fashionista's that roam N4G were capable of judging the complete game from hair cut alone. Didnt really work with Max Payne though did it.

nolifeking5311d ago

Yes, the hair is the only problem, right?

Baka-akaB5311d ago (Edited 5311d ago )

yep let's pretend some people didnt give detailed enough arguments from day one , about their issues with the game and its dev from day one ... and didnt go further in length once detailed trailers and details appeared .

Everything would be fine with the old dante look /s

Fishy Fingers5311d ago

Fair enough, because you can judge the complete article from the announcement trailer cant you.

Baka-akaB5311d ago (Edited 5311d ago )

Look at it this way . Some of us have an history of not liking much of NT's theory game for various gameplay related reasons . Wich is fine , different strokes for different folks .

They come at the helm of a franchise at their polar opposite gameplay wise , and as a major extra completely change the design of the main character .

it was only rational , at least for some of us , to fear that DMC is , not even slowly , just turning into another regular NT titles , with its probable qualities , but mostly flaws from a DMC fan's perspective .

Of course people said "wait for the trailers and gameplay " .

It came , and still is coming , everytime confirming our fears .

Might be a decent game , but doesnt feel in any way or shape like DMC , that's all .

most (not all) can't even properly argue against some points made in the past or dont even try , so they by default go into "ahahah stop crying about a skin , they'll change his look (wich they did a bit anyway) or add the old skin as a dlc " , or crap like "you can't accept change" .

You sound like you’re just a ton of fun to be around.

franwex394d ago

It’s been sitting in my backlog for a while now. One of the first games I wanted to try for this current gen due to the long load times of previous gen. I’ll get around to it soon!

Zenzuu394d ago

One of the best, stylish, and fun action slasher on the system. You definitely should get to it, as soon as you can.

solideagle394d ago

they are taking way too much time with DMC6...

VersusDMC393d ago

The DMC5 team went on to make Dragons Dogma 2, the DMC director (3,4,5) left capcom to make an action game at another studio and the rumor is that a DMC remake is next...so i wouldn't hold my breath on DMC6.

ZeekQuattro393d ago

Everytime its on sale I think about buying it but never do. I only played the orginal and somr of 3 so I guess that's part of it.
