cant wit for this game to be released!

dark-hollow5323d ago

fallout 3 was a masterpiece!!!

ZombieAssassin5323d ago

Hell yea it is I'm playing it right now, had it less than a week and already put over 30 hours into it.

The_Nameless_One5322d ago (Edited 5322d ago )

A rather boring masterpiece. I liked ES 3/4 but Fallout 3 bore me half to death. I actually fell asleep while playing it.

TheSanchezDavid5323d ago

Definitely a lot of hype for a game that's not even out yet. But heck, it certainly looks worthy of hype! Really looking forward to Skyrim's launch.

DemonStration5323d ago

Excellent, because I loved Fallout 3.

IrishAssa5323d ago (Edited 5323d ago )

NV was better imo, actually, Skyrim is taking quite alot of New vegas and adding the new Ai system to it. varied regions, faction alignment, packs of enemies, nests etc

buddymagoo5323d ago

I'm a big fan of New Vegas, a lot more stats and features over fallout 3.

kaveti66165322d ago

New Vegas had a very bland story.

Too many courier missions.

IrishAssa5322d ago

As are every bethesda story...

kaveti66165322d ago

While playing Fallout 3 by Bethesda I found so many random and interesting items during my exploration of the world.

But with New Vegas, I didn't find much after 30 hours of play. It's very annoying when I walk into a sewer filled with dozens of storage lockers and I find nothing interesting other than some ammo.

I went into one vault that had an interesting story in New Vegas, and even that vault was poorly designed and the story poorly presented. Obsidian are hacks.

IrishAssa5321d ago (Edited 5321d ago )

Items I suppose you're right, but the game felt like every area had a purpose, instead of weapons there was a big side quest.

Also, I played the game for about 50 hours before I got bored, never even went into new vegas, maybe I should play again...nah Skyrim's out soon. The faction system was boss as well I though, it made your actions really count.

banner5323d ago

I'm looking forward to skyrim but if I'm not mistaken their wouldn't be a skyrim if it wasn't for fallout3.. I mean they did say just the other day that it will be a lot more like fallout 3,no? So I would hope it's better than fo3.

I wish it would of been more like oblivion but I will hold judgement till I try it my self..

IrishAssa5323d ago (Edited 5323d ago )

Nah, Oblivion was sort of a departure from Morrowind, Skyrim is more like Morrowind mixed with a real time combat system akin to Oblivion. FO3 was really closer to MW than OB was

Besides the lore and world of course

banner5323d ago

I never played mw but I thought I heard ob was more like mw? I don't know you just confused me cause devs said skyrim is mor like fo3.. But if sr was like mw mixed with ob.... Never mind... I'll find out soon enough...

If I'm not mistaken elder scrolls is oblivion, for me anyway since that's when I started playing it. So keep it like that instead of risking what was great with something else that was great cause sometimes it just don't work but then again it goes back to what you said above and they are all great so who knows... Whatever, I just wanted more ob then something else...

kcuthbertson5323d ago

Umm...Morrowind had real time combat...

IrishAssa5323d ago

Ya nknow what I mean, OB is....under your control, MW is down to chance

persistentlobster5322d ago

I really wish betheda would re-release Morrowind on the vita/psn/xbl with an updated combat system. It would be a great way to let the players who missed out on it last gen to hop on board and get the full elder scrolls experience (not counting daggerfall, etc)

Would be nice if they had New Vegas ready as well, especially because of the show.

Hopefully this doesn't have the same performance issues as Oblivion Remastered.

cloganart135d ago

I haven't seen anything on these performance issues? What's been going on?

walken7135d ago

Probably the Unreal Engine issues, I skipped it for that reason.

Snookies12136d ago (Edited 136d ago )

Throw in all the DLC as well, like Oblivion and I'll definitely bite. I recall having one trophy left to unlock on the PS3 version with 100+ hours in my save. When my save file got corrupted, lol. Very sad day.

To be fair though, Bethesda was trash at Playstation ports anyway.

Michiel1989136d ago

all devs sucked at porting to ps3 for the first like 3 years because no one had experience with the cell architecture. Even 1st party took a long while to get proficient with it, the difference between uncharted 1 and 3 is massive for example.

Extermin8or3_136d ago

Oh oh oh I can do this too. GTA 7 will be made at some point in the future. Fallout 5 will enter development in the future too

jznrpg136d ago

Everyone there should know most gamers want New Vegas and Morrowind more than anything.

Christopher135d ago

Which is why we won't get them. Gotta keep floating "support this one and it might happen".

BlaqMagiq1136d ago

Can't wait. Won't have to go back to my PS3 to play this when it comes out.

they can't get a 14 year old game to run smoothly?

jjb1981164d ago

That's ridiculous, lol. I'm waiting for the guy that says its too cpu-intensive for the Switch 2. This game is old af and has been released like 17 times.
