GoatUp is a retro-inspired platform game — Llamasoft's first ever, in fact — and is a title I've spent a great deal of time with over the last week or so. Few other platforms would support such regular doses of his unique brand of retro-scented whimsy, but it seems Minter is more creatively fulfilled than ever, with GoatUp arriving just two months after the superb Deflex.
