As Nintendo continues to take a battering from its first quarter losses and poor 3DS sales, investors and analysts start to offer alternatives that could propel the company back to full strength. Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.

Nintendo filed a lawsuit in the United States Court of International Trade.

LOL I read this on gaff, will they refund the money back to the gamers? highly unlikely. Didn't they just raise prices and pass it onto the gamers? Only Nintendo would send out the Ninjas to the US government.
Nintendo can do whatever is best for them. But why not Android? Android has a bigger market share than iPhone and continues to grow at a much higher rate.

Ios games are ridiculously low-profitable. Besides people forget Nintendo is a hardware manufacturer, why would they make things easier for the competition?
