The book's price is spot on price-wise. The vinyl statue is also spot on. There are smaller vinyl statues that sell for far more than $60. How are you getting ripped off?

This is a moot point. They are not official Bethesda products, therefore they mean NOTHING to collectors. A true collector is only interested in quality products like Sideshow Collectibles, Hot Toys, Kotobukiya, and things of that sort. No real collector would be caught dead with a knockoff. If you don't believe me, head on over to a figure collecting community and ask their opinion. I don't want an Elder Scrolls knockoff, I want the real thing.

That's great, but are they licensed by Bethesda? If not, they're not legitimate. What does being made out of glass / metal have to do with quality? Quality is in the design, not the material. There is a huge market out there for vinyl collectibles. Vinyl is easier to move, not as bulky, not as fragile, and it's more affordable. That isn't to say that there aren't expensive vinyl pieces out there. I own a couple of vinyl collectibles that go for about $80 retail. I don't think you're aware of the vinyl collectible world. A product doesn't need to be made out of glass or metal to be of high quality.

Again, I've proven that what you're getting is worth the money. It's more expensive because the set is offering more than your average collector's edition.

You say that the Arkham City collector's edition is offering more for a lower price. Well, does it come with a coffee table sized 200 page artbook? No, I didn't think so. That "movie" will be available on YouTube or eBay eventually, and it'll be cheap. The 200 page Skyrim artbook? Yeah, good luck finding that for a low price on eBay.
