Games That Would Benefit From A Release Date Delay

Every year it seems like we have scattered releases of games throughout the year. Usually we get some solid releases earlier in the year then we get the summer slump, which is always followed by the hectic holiday season. Game companies seem to all want that lucrative holiday money, but that strategy usually fails unless you’re a well-known franchise or Call Of Duty. Speaking of Call Of Duty, the game comes out every year around the same time in November, yet companies still place their games for release around the same time and then wonder why their games failed to make a profit. I’m not here to debate who some of these companies would be smart to release their games earlier in the year, but I will debate as to why the games listed below would see better sales if they were to release in early 2012.

Yakuza Live-Action Miniseries Debuts March 17 Exclusively on IGN
