NowGamer - Darksiders 2 takes place during the events of the original Darksiders with players taking control of apocalyptic horseman Death, rather than War, as in the first game.
Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition, despite being another re-release, shows that Darksiders II is an incredible game that deserves more attention.
Because the PS4 has slow loading times I do prefer PS5 versions of games. The PS5 does load PS4 games faster but with a native PS5 version it loads much faster and it looks a bit better and better draw distance and such. So for me , I do want these 3rd releases for certain games and this is one of them. It’s one of my favorite PS3 games. Nobody is forced to buy it. It is not hurting anyone and it gives devs more money to make future games. These re-releases aren’t selling millions but it’s nice for people like me or people who never played the game.

The release date has been revealed for The Art of Darksiders II Hardcover Edition.
"We've got a system now that puts, almost, Lego blocks in the hands of our designers,"
a nice approach, as long as there is enough variety to avoid excessive repetition. I'm sure it will be okay, loved the first one.
As an aside, Hideo Kojima used actual Lego to plan out the relative sizes of MGS2's levels.
