Its been a few weeks since Filefront had an Open File installment but things are still happening on the many Filefront affiliated websites so without further delay lets jump into this weeks edition. A new FarCry television series has been announced.
I wonder if they'll go way back to where the story started w/ weird animal-like genetic mutations. I don't think the current games even try to tie back to that origin, or at least I don't see any attempt to...
I think this series should feel like an Anthology like the games. Every season a new setting with new set of characters.
Speaking on stage at Saudi Arabia’s New Global Sport Conference (covered by Game File), CEO Yves Guillemot was asked about the future of the shooter series, which recently fell under the control of a new Tencent-backed subsidiary.
Currently playing FC4 for the first time. On the plus side, the 60fps update is great. On the down side, the multiplayer is the weakest part. Just chatting in the lobbies, ppl were only doing it for the online trophies. I don’t know that anybody really wants more of that.
