This'll be an interesting E3. I wasn't interested in the last couple and when they were over, I hardly realized they happened. But in this one, there's the pressure on Sony with the recent goings on, Nextbox and "Wii 2" rumors aplenty, plus likely new stuff from Elder Scrolls, Uncharted 3, Disgaea 4, Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield, etc. I actually care this time.

Even with new hardware there are SOOOO many games at E3 2011.

Why can't they move my daughter's graduation a week later?

I really want to go to E3

knifefight5500d ago

You have the power to make more daughters who have more graduations, but E3 2011 will only happen once ever. Prioritize.

So much news already... I wonder if the pubs will be able to hold it all in between now and E3. Everyone knew MW3 was coming but that was a huge reveal they were trying to save... of course, maybe the "leak" was part of their market plan....

Koolaye5500d ago

I definitely think the "leak" was part of their market plan... they probably didn't have time to put an official announcement together, so "let's leak some stuff (a lot of stuff) to get people hyped!" Ya, I see through their evil ways. Just like what my avatar panda implies.

Not a straight sequel, but some kind of game involving Kratos is a likelihood.

How IO turned Hitman around, from Absolution to World of Assassination

When Hitman 3 recently changed its name to Hitman World of Assassination, fans had no idea how meaningful the moment was. On the outside it looked like a simple thing: Hitman 3 would now be known by this name and include levels from Hitman 2 and 3 - the trilogy would all be in one place. But on the inside, at IO Interactive, much more was going on.

You mean destroyed it with this tethered single-player campaign BS... And only the first few levels of the third modern game were on the disc! I'll never support this crap at any price-point! They've lost me as a customer.

Hitman is, and has been, a remarkable series developed by some of the best. Some are better than others, but every Hitman is challenging and fun.

Sure, there have been some stumbles and fumbles, but always in pursuit of the perfect Hitman game. The most recent trilogy is a masterclass in level design.
