NowGamer: Glacier 2, the engine set to debut with Hitman Absolution "easily has potential to rival the best" engines according to IO Interactive technical artist Daniel Ben-Noon...

IO Interactive has had some big things to celebrate this fall, including the 25th anniversary of its "Hitman" franchise.

Feral Interactive will release IO Interactive-developed stealth action game Hitman: Absolution for Switch on November 13 for $29.99 / £19.99 / €24.99, the developer announced.

IO Interactive art director Rasmus Poulsen tells Pocket Tactics how Patrick Gibson's James Bond is influenced by unexpected places in 007 First Light.
I mean as someone who grew up playing all the 007 ganes, this fits right in. The games have always been like that. Start slow and sneaky, sh#t hits the fan and it turns onto an action set piece.
I really hope in the future any other Bond games made by different developers will use their own Bond and Universe rather than just using whoever is playing Bond in the films. It's a video game, they should have the freedom to do their own take rather than being restricted by what the films are doing.
Hopefully outfits and Easter eggs found in this game won't just all be of Craigs era, really want to see some original Sean Connery stuff.
I heard the same thing from games/developers:
1. Epic
2. Brinks Developer
3. Enslaved
4. Kane & Lynch
5. Haze
6. Tryarch
7. Remedy
8. Remedy
9. Eidos
10. Metro203
11. Bungie
12. Crytek
13. Lair
The bars are set by developers that don't try to liken themselves to greatness. They release products and let them speak for themselves.
I cant wait to see what this game will look like. Blood Money was a great looking game.
If it ends up looking as good as the teaser then it should be great.
...because everything else IOI has put out this gen has been ugly, last-gen garbage. Hitman:BM, and both K&L 1 & 2 were ugly as hell.
re-issued article? what happened to http://n4g.com:80/news/7620... the whole article has vanished?? just eighties humor...no offence.
