It’s been quite a while since we’ve looked at triple-GPU Crossfire and SLI performance – or for that matter looking at GPU scaling in-depth. While NVIDIA in particular likes to promote multi-GPU configurations as a price-practical upgrade path, such configurations are still almost always the domain of the high-end gamer. At $700 we have the recently launched GeForce GTX 590 and Radeon HD 6990, dual-GPU cards whose existence is hedged on how well games will scale across multiple GPUs. Beyond that we move into the truly exotic: triple-GPU configurations using 3 single-GPU cards, and quad-GPU configurations using a pair of the aforementioned dual-GPU cards. If you have the money, NVIDIA and AMD will gladly sell you upwards of $1500 in video cards to maximize your gaming performance.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
I just think is crazy the amount of money people spend on video cards for just a small percentage in performance.
I'm happy with my EVGA GeForce GTX 570, plenty of power to play all my games maxed at 1080p on my Samsung 46" lcd tv.
I am currently running Two 5970's in Crossfire and could not be happier.
Lol, three 580s consume ~1200w of power...
I have 2 560's and couldn't be happier. With the new beta drivers I get over 90FPS in 1080P in 3D on Crysis 2. i can max out Crysis, Warhead, Mafia 2 and Metro 2033 in 1080P and have no issues at all with framerates. I'm happy, maybe in 2 years I'll upgrade my CPU from the 2500K to one of the new ones and get the more PCI-e lanes and get a 590 or something or whatever's the best.
Oh yeah well im still running on 2 bfg 280gtx's oc and triple display monitors but mainly game on one. and these bad boys are still running most of the games maxed out.
