No. As long as you are paying member of PS+ though, you'll have access to it.
Though if you buy something at a PS+ discount price, it is yours to keep if your PS+ subscription lapses.

Yawn. I don't get it. Xbox doesn't seem to want to open the purse strings to bring in new IPs and with the selection of bc games, you can't tell me developers wouldn't want to get more.money on old IPs. I'm sorry to say, but Xbox feels like they care less and less for the gamer's...
