Borderlands: CVG Preview

Judging by these early impressions, Borderlands looks like it's going to have one hell of a crack at taking the FPS genre to the next level of its evolution. With its bold and innovative multiplayer co-op mode, unrivalled arsenal, vehicular combat and open-ended format, this game is clearly showing a heck of a lot of promise.

Rest assured that CVG will be monitoring this one closely, because if it fulfils its ample potential, the long wait for a truly groundbreaking shooter could be about to come to an end.

ever since XIII came out I really loved the cell shaded artstyle in games. I probably wouldn't have tried it if it didn't have such a style like that

No there was not. The same way there was no Dragon Ball live action movie, nor an Avatar the Last Airbender live action movie :)

So the movie cost 155 million to produce and another 30 million dollars to promote . Borderlands movie brought in around 31 million worldwide . So basically, the Borderlands movie was a 154 million commercial for Borderlands video game franchise.
