I don't get the gripes with the unlocks, BF has had them since before COD.

Step 1: Take C4 away from Recon

Step 2: Take motion sensor away from Recon

Step 3: Give the C4 and motion sensor to a class that focuses solely on stealthily c4ing things.

If your a sniper. It should ban you from being a PILOT so you cant go to the tallest point and then BAIL leaving whole squad.

Worried BF3 will just turn out like Bad Company, not that Bad Company is a bad game, infact I love it. But one of my greatest online experiences is with BF2 on the PC, a true sequel to that would be truly amazing.

I disagree about the regenerative health. Anyone who has played BFBC2 will tell you that. without the assistance of a medic, your health will recover VERY slowly. If you're badly injured and don't have a buddy to heal you up, you can look forward to sitting in a corner for 5 minutes hoping no one finds you.

Bad Company = Communication limited to squad.= dead quiet

Battlefield 2/ Modern Combat = Can speak to whole team, and enemies if standing near them = in-game voices + player voice; epic?

I bet this guy thinks that treyarch should develop games for "hardcore" fps fans that only play battlefield. This is the thing with fanboys, if you don't play or buy what they like, then you must be unintelligent, impatient, and unskilled. Blame Dice for the nearly dead and forgotten game that is bc2, not the players.

It would be pretty cool if they include a different game mode with famous historic battles with unbalanced teams.

e.g 10 guys trying to defend Omaha beach and the other 54 storming the beach would be sweet

We need Dynamic maps like the Carrier based BF2 ones and maps like the BLack Gold, Hidden on the BF2 console version

We need More vehicles, inventive ways to play, seen a guy mentioning submarine before. I applaud you sir for thinking of a possible new dynamic to gameplay. underwater.

We need more contextual intereactions with vehicles such as alternate fire, lock on hellfires with choppers.

WE need a large array of maps

We need large amounts of players both on console and PC

We would like the prone function back in

WE NEED proper hit detection

We NEED different factions i.e British army, PLA, American Army, Armerican marines, North Korea...lol.

We DONT need perks

We DONT need sluggish bad company movement

WE DONT need crappy pre rendered destruction for the noobs to go "wow look mom!" that was the sacrificial lamb for gameplay in Bad company 1 & 2

BF3? They need to go back to BF2 for the mainline. Heck, I'd settle for true-to-source remakes of BF2 and BC2 (w/ Vietnam). Everything they've done in the 'modern' era is just bad.

I've not played 2042 myself but after v I don't feel like it. I played a few hours of v with friends but it feels ultra sterile I can't figure it out but the game looks and feels clinical. The storys in the campaign were also bland and uninteresting and felt like a dull trudge through checkpoints as you waited for an ending.

I've played the franchise dating back to it's original PC launch and PS2 spin off games I did enjoy 1 overall and it's take on placing you in different scenarios and battles was interesting but not all that good imo as you couldn't really connect with any characters longer than 2 hours.

hardline for all the hate it recived was a fun story and a new take but a bad mp game

I feel like v overall was the turning point and instead of showing the gritty reality of war they turned everything sterile and presented it in a clean cut boring frame in order to pump it full of weird micro transactions overall they spent far to much time on trying to implant ray tracing and other graphical flourishes and forgot to make the game enjoyable

I mean thats all we've wanted since BF4 but they keep doing everything we don't want.
