This is Sony's reaction to the hackers who have circumvented the security of the PS3, NONE of this would have happened, the removal of the OTHEROS and now this if hackers had left it alone. I don't understand who would buy these controllers. IF you want a controller that last then go for one that is lisenced or the offical ps3 controller. I got 4 offcial ps2 controllers that have lasted me since the launch of the ps2.
