Without reading I would say yes as it has all the same face buttons.

You know what would be a really cool idea though? If you could use the PS eye's voice function to stop and start it. Of course you would have to use a verbal code to avoid confusion, lets say, oh I don't know...... 'PS3 PLAY' and 'PS3 STOP'. Infact I gonna write a letter to Sony right now!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just watched part of the video, but this just helped confirm my decision not to even bother with move. IMO the standard DS2 will work much better!

Why the guy is very close to the TV or to the PS Eye?

I prefer the optional Blu Ray controller - it is only 20 dollars, and has a seperate button for every function, like every other DVD/Blu Ray controller.

He's using the Move before the final firmware for it is even out. For all we know, there could be lots of other Move options in the release firmware, which I'll bet Sony will update shortly before the Move releases at retail.

I wouldn't expect too much extra stuff, however. Remember the OS on the PS3 is absolutely minimal, as far as memory footprint goes, to make more available for games. I doubt they'll have too many cool pointer-style features available for it -- just because they can't add much without making the OS bigger (which would make some games unplayable). If we see cool uses of the Move, it'll be inside games and apps, not in the OS.

My favorite generation. So many incredible games at the perfect time in my life.

Some of the updates might be due to stability reasons. However, some might be for Blu-ray compatibility. Some people still use this for their physical media player.

ps3 was and is still my favourite console ever.

sure the download was .. horrendously slow and installing things took forever, but damn.

listening to music, watching videos and looking at pics was so easy back then.

That generation is leaps and bound better than current generation in terms of games. We had so many new IPs.
