they seem to get stuff from all over the net. What's wrong about is that at times they don't credit the sources and attempt to take the glory.

For example this is the credit source

Presidentjr6824d ago

I just copied the pictures from he PDF file directly, leeching would be taking stuff without crediting them . Most of the stuff we post are from press releases( screens and news). In the past some people posted news without crediting sources but that has been sorted out.

TriggerHappy6824d ago

It was officially released to the public..how is that leeching ?

cookiemonster6824d ago

^ So by your reasoning, if we write a report and took facts from a book, should we not state the source?

sure you can, if you're not really into giving credit. it's not like this info appeared from nothing

TriggerHappy6824d ago

what else do you want ? Is right on the page and has been bolded to even appear clearly.

JsonHenry6824d ago

The game looks pretty good. It reminds of Half-Life 2 when it first came out a couple of years ago.

It does look really nice. It reminds me of Battlefield: Bad Company though.

nobizlikesnowbiz6824d ago

Hopefully Battlefield: Bad Company's graphics are on par with the vid released on marketplace.

It's one of the few that I have my eye on.

Fully destructable environments?! Yes please!

ShiftyLookingCow6824d ago

nice what essentially looks many times worse than even HL2 ends up next gen with cool lighting

ShiftyLookingCow6824d ago (Edited 6824d ago )

can anybody explain why you disagreed? I was exaggerating the powerful effect of the lighting on the graphics. You guys need to cool off.

[edit]I was refering to this image

Kleptic6824d ago

Is it true that COD4 is also using this type of rendering?

Lord Anubis6824d ago

they use post processing as well.

ShiftyLookingCow6824d ago

post processing I am sure has been used since and even before Max Payne 2, its what you do there that matters

popup6824d ago

Post effects and processing are becoming more important and widespread.

Post effects will become a saving grace with the PS3 as any image processing task can be handled by Cell very efficiently.

what the heck?
nice screenshot though =D
