Even Burger King will be developing games for Kinect

Burger King has announced that they have entered a new partnership with Microsoft for the launch of Kinect. As you may be aware, the two firms had a successful partnership previously in 2006 and they have now effectively renewed it. It seems as if Burger King will be using Kinect to encourage consumers to keep fit as evidenced by the following phrase by an exec - "our guests can look forward to an even greater adventure that will stimulate the imaginations of gamers and entertainment-lovers of all shapes and sizes." Maxconsole's bet is on some kind of fitness related game for Kinect.

What a joke, is it a Whopper eating game?

I bet it's to burn off all those calories Burger King food has.

Cue that gif of the guy, you know the one...

TotalPS3Fanboy5863d ago

Now I can go to Burger King, order a burger, and pretend to eat it. But I must stand up while pretending to eat it otherwise Kinect won't be able to detect it.

"Even"? We've seen what, Rare's Wii sports rip off, some EA and Ubisoft crap....aaaaaand...?
The supposed 70% they told us about obviously wasn't true.

That said, I liked the PocketBike One, but the other two sucked.

Oh Aaron Greenberg will rise to the top of the leader boards on that quicker than you can say: "industry fanboy"

"I bet it's to burn off all those calories Burger King food has"

No not really. Why do you think Aaron Greenberg took the time to say Kinect can be played while seated? He just wanted everyone to know he'll be playing Kinect, all the while his fat head and butt will still be growing.

Good for Microsoft. I guess the 360 will be getting games after all after that embarrassing conference. Burger King games at least.

"Gaming’s Biggest Fighting Franchise"

Press X to (seriously) doubt.

DarXyde75d ago

Underrated comment. I used to hate that game so much that any time my siblings asked me to play it, I just picked Hom and shut myself down mid-match.

And then MK1 killed it again.

15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.
