I tried playing this last night and no one was playing... Not 1 game could be found on my end. Then again, I was playing the Ps3 version too. That's a typical thing with PS3 games.

I think when you go online with a Ps3 game they should add some background ambient noise... Say the CHIRPS of desperate CRICKETS.

But the PC demo is only DX9...I wonder if DX11 helps? I look forward to seeing that. The environments look pretty bland to me. The models look good however.

There is no difference we could pick out in terms of resolution, effect, anti-aliasing, texture filtering, alpha-buffers, normal maps. As far as we can tell, the two versions of the game are like for like. Even the most pedantic of nit-pickers will be unable to take issue.

Dante's Inferno bears all the hallmarks of being a really tightly designed and technologically "budgeted" game. To sustain 60 frames per second basically demands it, but to achieve it on both platforms is a seriously impressive achievement.

about these bland visuals, if you have a PC.

yet another game superior to the PS3 with more crisp graphics and color palettes. these new games just keeps proving the ps3 as the only superior console of this generation.

the 360 version look like a wii game.

the gun looks very very realistic in the PS3 version. i think because of enormous storage available in PS3, the developers was ABLE to put a lot of polygons in the PS3 version whereas the have to cut it into half or worse even 3/4 in the 360 version.

well for one the comparison aren' even in the same plays, also i notice in one shot it focus on comparison of the weapon (well actually most shot)which are bad shots cause in the background is a completly different angle/location

Owning both the 360 and PS3 I will have to wait and see an in depth review of each before I decide which system to purchase it on. I will definitely buy this game being a huge fan of the series.
As far as the PC I would rather sit in my comfy recliner in front of the big screen and enjoy this game. I know some PC gamers have this setup but most FAR AND AWAY most play in on there little 17" to 21" monitor hunched over there screen in there parent's basement, the keyboards cluttered with stale Cheetos chaotically typing away on how this game and every other looks a million times better...

If the PC was still the king then tell me why every major release the XBOX and PS3 kicks it butt in sales and in online play?

Both look pretty much identical! Only difference is the 360 looks abit washed out but thats clearly a TV setup thing and not the game, as I know for certain when I played the demo on 360 it wasn't that washed out.

Good work on Rebellions behalf for making them both look the same :)

I find Eurogamers comparisons spot on

The textures in the PS3 version look more crisp to me. The 360 version seems to be missing some environmental detail in one of the shots.

Other than that, they are pretty much the same.

PS3 version looks better.I do like the way that when it's PS3 it's suddenly SLIGHTLY better and if it's the other way around then the PS3 version is gimped.I must admit I'm very surprised PS3 looks better,since in the Edge preview of the game they said it was some way behind 360 version.Maybe the site got the screens mixed up??It's possible.
