"Liquid rock games was founded in early 2008 by Pang Lih-Hern and Yap Chun Fei. It is a small 4 person Indie PC Game developer currently working on AFTERSHOCK: Racing League.Here's a description from their site:
"Aftershock is a multiplayer post apocalyptic racing game set in the not so distant future. Massive earthquakes were occuring all over the globe and destroyed most of earth's major cities. It would take decades before humanity began salvaging and rebuilding itself from what was left of the aftershocks."
Aftershock Studios is currently working on an RPG based loosely off the Marvel comics universe. Jay Ong, the Senior Vice President of Games and Innovation at Marvel, had quite a bit to say about the game. “Aftershock is creating something special and we are thrilled to finally announce this news. The game will be the full package: an exciting storyline, epic moments with Marvel super heroes and super villains, and incredible visuals that truly bring our characters to life.”
It's about time someone tried their hand at this idea since 2009's Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2
I don't mind connecting to the Comics but much prefer that is is not dependant on it. Especially do not recreate an existing storyline. Not absolutely against it but new strories are always welcome. How many times can we read, see or hear the same story?!.
