N-philes: Ever since the game came out last year, it was one of the few Playstation 3 games that caught my attention at a time I did not own the console. It was beautiful, artistic, and the gameplay reminded me of Advance Wars for GBA and DS. When I eventually did get my PS3, that game was gone from my memories, that is until Valkyria Chronicles anime came out. As I watched more and more the episodes, it made me want to play the game once again. So I decided to snoop around shops and see if copies were still available. No such luck except that one shop that sold the game used for 50 Euros. No way am I going to pay that much for a used game that came out more then 8 month ago. I did eventually stumble on a new copy on Amazon for 30 Euros. I took the jump and I made the correct choice! What a blast this game is!

SEGA / Atlus Holiday 2023 Switch eShop sale live featuring lowest prices ever for Valkyria Chronicles, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, and more.

From the kingdom building in Ni no Kuni 2 to defeating shadows in Persona 4 Golden, here are the best JRPGs on PC.
While the Valkyria Chronicles franchise has been somewhat dormant for four years, it certainly hasn't been forgotten.
Sega is great for relegating its characters to cameos in other games. Heaven forbid they announced Valkyria Chronicles 5 or remaster VC 2 & 3.
Great game indeed.
Its 1 of the most refreshing games I've played on the PS3. Yeah, you have guns & shoot in VC too, but the execution is so much different. If you want a break from all the muscle bound shooters and loud booms this is the perfect game for you. It's very tactical and all in all a difficult but not frustrating experience. Once you learn the Ins & Outs youll realize the only thing missing is sometype of multiplayer battle mode. Pick up VC, rent it at least, you won't be dissapointed.
describe how great this game is.
