With an expensive backlog of DLC that it struggles to run on modern hardware, The Sims 3 deserves revisiting.

The fact that such downloading is becoming ever so present is the reason why developers are afraid to create PC only games. I know there is also the same problems within the console sphere, i know friends who have modded 360's, but it is ever present that if this continues than developers may begin to abandon the oldest platform there is, the PC.
